Skin Saver Smoothie Recipe

We love this smoothie because number 1 it tastes awesome, and number 2 it's really great for your skin. The ingredients work together to enhance your glow, which you can imagine is something we can get on board with! It's also super easy to prep the ingredients ahead of time.

Alright... blenders ready?

Ingredients:
1 large or 2 small servings:
-1 1/4 cups water (or more if needed to thin)
-4 kale leaves, center ribs removed
-1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
-1/4 cup pitted cherries, frozen
-5 strawberries, frozen
-1 tablespoon almond butter
-2 teaspoons flax seed
-1/2 avocado, peeled & pitted
-Water, to thin
-Protein Powder (optional)

Directions:
1. Blend non-dairy milk, greens, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, almond butter and flaxseed in a high speed blender until well-blended. Add the avocado last and blend until just incorporated.
2. To make a complete meal, use protein powder. Top with an extra sprinkle of flax seeds and enjoy!
